All 12 of the high school classes have taken their turns to paint the brick wall surrounding the school. Now, we continue this job with the 13 middle school classes.
For this part of the project, KOVA provides the buckets, the brushes, the sandpaper, and the paint. (It’s really more of a whitewash)
And the students are responsible for the work!
We started this huge job many months ago, and after days and weeks and months of hard work, we are close to finally finishing.
I am so proud of these kids, they work really hard, they cooperate with me and the other volunteers, and at the end of their two hour shifts, you can see the pride in their faces!
